Returns & Refund Policy

At Aquatic Mates, each of our 3D printed fish keychains is carefully made and checked before being sent to you.

Change of Mind

We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind, order the wrong fish/species or colour, find the item cheaper elsewhere, or decide you no longer want the item.

Please carefully check your order, product selection and delivery details before completing your purchase.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, significantly different from its description, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us and provide your order details along with clear photos of the issue.

Where required under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the nature of the problem.

Aquatic Mates may request reasonable evidence of the fault or damage before providing a remedy.

Damage Caused After Delivery

We are not required to provide a refund, replacement or repair where damage has been caused by misuse, unreasonable handling, modification, improper storage or normal wear and tear after the product has been received.

As our keychains are 3D printed, minor variations in colour, texture or print finish may occur between individual items. These small variations are a normal part of the 3D printing process and are not necessarily considered faults.

Nothing in this Returns & Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
